Liber3 is a decentralized digital library built on Ethereum using ENS and IPFS technologies, emerging after zLibrary's closure. As one of the largest platforms in the ENS ecosystem with 34% of total traffic, it has enabled the community to mint over 2,800 permanent book records through ENS subdomains. With support from GCC, the project advances toward an uncensorable library with smart contract-based full-text search capabilities and cross-chain integration with Linea.
